A turning point in a drama,
A sudden star,
A fragrant violet,
A flower chaos in my mind,
A dancer in a lotus dress
As though from the Degas’s sketch.
In vivid shades of yellow,
The petals of your eyelashes
Glow in the afternoon sun…
Your blue denim jacket
Hides everything I love
In sculpture, art and life –
Wrists, arms, neck, shoulders –
A cata-stropha
Of biblical proportions,
A countdown
to the wild-blossom
In my kháskō heart.
