October Hill was started in Greenwich Village by Richard Merli. The magazine grew out of the Literary Lights Writer’s Group, a collective of aspiring fiction authors and poets founded in 2015 by R.Merli, who believed strongly in the need for a digital platform from which new and aspiring writers could express their creativity.
They have 3 issues a year: Spring, Fall, and Contest that feature work from readers and writers just like you.
