It was an old dream of Joseph Brodsky, the Russian-born poet, American Nobel laureate and Italophile, that scholars, artists and writers should have a chance to live and work in Italy, to draw inspiration from a culture that for half a century lay beyond their reach.
For many years, I’ve also been dedicated to that dream, and on April 2nd, I feel so privileged and blessed to perform in ‘PARCO MIRALAGO-SEEBLICK di Riva del Garda’ at the poetic encounter with trees organised by ‘Il Comitato Salvaguardia Area Lago‘ and ‘La Associazione “Bosco dei Poeti’.
Thanks to the organisers for the inspiration!
